Please note sometimes due to the weather we have to change the items ordered, we try to notify you in advance if possible, e.g. we have had someone order items that need to be stuck into the ground but when we arrive on site there is no ground, all interlocking or pavement, then we have had to use the items which sit on the ground instead of being stuck into the earth.

Please note we are not responsible if people aren’t home to receive their surprise. We will be paid in full. This also is applies if a gate, security or an unforeseen situation keeps us from getting on the premises, or if the surprise is refused.  We will be paid in full.

If for any reason we are not able to go out due to weather situations we fully reimburse you. I will call you as soon as possible hopefully we will be able to reschedule the surprise for that day during the day.
