Randy Fournier and his competent crew handled an extensive renovation of our home in Alta Vista in the fall of 2002 and winter of 2003. We were delighted with the entire project, from the first day of tear-out to the last day of detailing! My husband and I heartily recommend Randy and his company and assure you that if you have him working on your project, the results will be spectacular, well beyond what your original concept may have been.
Here are a few elements of Randy's work that were most important to us:
- Before we even began to talk contract, Randy spent hours with us in our home discussing our ideas and proposing many of his own that eventually contributed greatly to the quality of the finished project.
- Randy's bid on our description of work was the most comprehensive, and in our view gave the best value for our money.
- Work was scheduled expeditiously, workmen were all courteous, careful and responsive to concerns and requests we made.
- Randy was on site every day to direct the crew, to see that work was moving along as planned, and to deal with any concerns we had.
- Work was completed on time and in accordance with the agreed upon price.
- We encountered a few surprises due to the peculiar structure of our house that required additional work; these unanticipated problems were dealt with fairly and quickly to our satisfaction.
